What counts as one brief?
A brief is one completed report for a submitted company URL. Credits are only deducted when the report reaches the ready state.
What does Vistral read from a site?
Vistral reads the homepage and discovered same-origin pages such as pricing, about, contact, and selected top navigation links.
What happens if a site blocks the crawl or times out?
The report is marked failed, the workspace history keeps the failure reason, and the run does not consume a credit.
Can I test the product before signing up?
Yes. The homepage demo runs a limited preview pipeline with its own anonymous rate limit so you can inspect the product before creating an account.
